A CALL TO ERADICATE TERRORISTS

Just two days after the bloody attack at a mosque in Sinai, Egypt, Saudi Arabia called for  the extermination of terrorists. It was announced by Saudi Crown Prince Prince Mohamed bin Salman on Sunday (26 November) at a meeting of high-level military officials in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The meeting itself was followed by Muslim or Muslim-majority countries. But 3 Islamic countries, Iran, Iraq and Syria are not invited. These three countries are not included in the alliance. Qatar, despite being invited, was not present. Saudi is indeed having problems with Qatar. The country is accused of being too close to Iran which is suspected of supporting terrorist groups.

 

The danger of terrorism has long been recognized by Saudi Arabia. Since 2015, along with several other countries it established an alliance of terrorist eradication called United  Islam against violent extremism. Saudi Arabia took the initiative to discuss the increasingly violent terrorist attacks.

The terror attack in Egypt, last Friday (November 24) was very painful, because it caused many casualties. More than 300 people were killed in the attack, plus many wounded. No one has claimed re
