Children are priceless treasure for parents. Having children is a blessing for married couples. However, sometimes there are parents who do not appreciate the blessing. There are still many unfortunate children in this world. To remind us of children who are valuable asset for human’s life, non-profit organization UNICEF set 20 November as Universal Children’s Day.
In Indonesia, there are still many unlucky children. Indonesian children in remote areas do not get proper education yet. However, the Indonesian government does various efforts to keep giving proper education in the remote areas of Indonesia. Children’s rights now get attention. We may never think that children also have the same rights as adults. The thing that adults may consider small is an important thing for children.
It is common that children have times to play and learn instead of doing activities for adult. This is the time for people to be aware of the unlucky children. Through various activities that can increase the creativity of children, people can go hand in hand to smarten children of the nation. Happy Universal Children Day.
