Rama Aiphama

Rama Aiphama is one of Indonesian singers and composers. The man who is from Gorontalo began singing in 1987. His name became popular in the country music world  when he sang a song entitled Dinda Bestari in pop dangdut genre in the early 90s. Dinda Bestari song was sung by Rama Aiphama  again in 2012 with keroncong genre. The singer who has a typical robes and unique hat said that at first he wanted to focus on Dangdut music genres but in the end, he decides to choose keroncong combined with reggae music. although the development of keroncong does not like the development of pop music, but Rama Aiphama is happy with keroncong. According to him keroncong music is able to compete with other music. Keroncong must continue to innovate while maintaining its purity. Rama joined White Scraf to combat piracy, especially the piracy on Indonesia music. According to him, intellectual property rights must be protected and respected.
